This isn't right, may you please provide the log file for the programmers to look at to resolve your issue. A screenshot would be great as well!

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Upon starting either the story mode or MMO the only thing I see is this purple screen.

Guys, there is nothing suspicious in your logs. Do you have:
1. Latest nVidia drivers installed? Latest chipset drivers installed?
2. XNA 3.5 installed? If yes, uninstall it.
3. Any profiling application or graphics SDK installed? If yes, uninstall it or switch to release mode.
4. Try to run the game with just one monitor
Please let us know if anything helped.
Thanks,
Petr

I have tried the first 3. I will try the 4th later. Here are the results:
QUOTE: 1. Latest nVidia drivers installed? Latest chipset drivers installed?
I installed the newest drivers. The problem still remains.
QUOTE: 2. XNA 3.5 installed? If yes, uninstall it.
I am not sure. I couldn't find it on my system, so I think it is not installed.
QUOTE: 3. Any profiling application or graphics SDK installed? If yes, uninstall it or switch to release mode.

Nothing that I am aware of.

I fixed this issue by disconnecting or disabling my secondary monitor. It seems to be a problem with having the game displayed on the main monitor, but having the secondary enabled.

Interesting... so it must be an issues with the mobile devices; I'm able to run multiple monitors concurrently while playing the game... so you technically should be able to do it, but if it's a laptop, perhaps the mobile GPU isn't designed for that.
Thanks for the insight Jawms!

Hi James,
that's interesting.
For your information, we have two gaming notebooks in the office, and rendering is working fine ok on both of them in dual monitor setup.
One is ASUS G51J with Nvidia GTS360m and the second is ASUS G53S with Nvidia GTX560m.
However we will investigate it thoroughly.
